The House
Cuzcatlan is a 1700 sq ft rancho-style house with 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, (shower, toilet, & sink). Each room has its own outside entrance. The kitchen is complete with fridge, stove, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, all cooking utensils as well as an outdoor grill. The living room has ample seating and houses a stereo, TV & DVD player (with about 20 english DVD movies).

The Grounds
The walled grounds are covered in bushes, flowers and trees. The gardens are always in bloom. There is a hammock area to provide shade while you read a book or gaze out over the pool. Anywhere you stand, you will have a close-up view of the ocean.

The Beach
Open the front gate and walk down 5 stairs and step onto the soft sand that is Playa El Espino. The beach stretches for 12 kms. Pick shells or watch the birdlife. Play in the surf or build sandcastles.

Groundskeeper
There is a groundkeeper who lives on the property with his wife and children. His name is Mauricio. He keeps the grass, pool and plants in good shape, as well as provides a watchful eye 24/7. Maury speaks no english, but is a very nice fellow. Maury and his wife are not paid as hotel-style staff, but you may negotiate some housekeeping with them.
